Body Shaming
Body Dismorphia
You are imperfectly perfect. Yeah! This is what we keep saying to people.
Hello dear readers...
This is most important content to be known that we ourselves have forgotten the right path. This blog is about body shaming and the consequences of it.
Have you ever humiliated at other persons looks? Have you praised others for their beautiful appearance? Have you compared your looks with others? Have you been in mental trauma just because of self demotivation? Let us all put this to an end.
The day you accept yourself with all your flaws, scars, color, negatives is the day you gain the real confidence to face the world.
There are lot of issues going through the present generation and one among those is body dismorphia. People with this disorder will frequently look at their appearance in mirror and comparing their appearance with others and avoids social situations and taking photos. Most of the teenage people would definitely have gone through this and suffered from it.
What do you feel when you look at the mirror? Have you loved yourself for being you? Have you accepted yourself with all your flaws?
Many people would have faced body dismorphia and been into depression. They would have losen their confidence and fear to face public have made their condition worser. Even the people who are close to you would have mocked of your appearance saying you are too skinny, too fatty, too chubby and you have belly fats. You have frizzy hair, bald headed, split ends, too creaky. You are dumb, deaf, dark, ugly, dusky, fairer, light, beautiful ....you have peaked nose, big eyes, bigger rass, bigger bosom, have pimples, dimples, scars, spots, pigmentation bla...bla....bla........ Gosh!!!! Is it over? Just let them be. Why do you criticise?
There are many people who speak inner beauty is important than external ones. Can you just tell me why do you want yourself to be pretty than the rest of the ones? Think deeper.... We do that everytime when we see a stranger who crosses our way....as a commentary for their outer looks may be positive or negative.
At present many people get into mental traumatic condition and struggles to come out of it because of lower self esteem on their external appearance. Body shaming is not only what people comment on others looks but also includes what you comment on your own looks.
If you wanna eat your favourite dishes, candies, chaats have them and never restrict just because what others would say or think. If you are little bit bigger than them never feel ashame on it, just think that is what they can afford. People having good looks, perfect shape and size please never mock at others, you never know what they carry inside, how painful they feel. They would be in lack of self confidence and it sucks them to come out of that state.
We believe that people on the television screens have really beautiful appearance. But they just cover their flaws and scars using make up and hide their original outer self. You people here reading this are really beautiful with your own originality and I wholeheartedly wish you the best in all you do:-)
Everyone is imperfectly perfect and no one is completely perfect. Next time, before leaving a comment on others just think about it.
Do support people under traumatic condition. Let's spread purity not inferiority and give importance to good soul rather than having good looks.
Do share this blog and spread awareness.
With Hope,
