Life has given us both good and bad. Everytime when we face the good, we will be in happiness and joy being grateful for that. 

When you feel the emotion of sadness, worries and cries, we feel weak, vulnerable even to small triggers. Everything around us looks against us. All the negative things will come into our mind and make us feel overwhelmed. 

And so the anger, do you know the power of anger and how easily it impacts your life. Anger is something that kills your relationship with others. It actually begins when something/ someone doesn't work on the way you think. When it starts triggering you it shows your self in a negative way. And it simply plays a role in changing own yourself. Anger changes your thoughts, attitude and behaviour. Even when you aren't the one doing these activities it will show you up the other way.

Breathe!

Pause yourself before reacting to any situation. Calm your mind and just respond to them and not react to what others say. It is not the way to react to outside triggers. At sometimes our inner self will show up anger and we end up hurting our own self. Just STOP!

RELAX! TAKE A BREATH! 

You are not alone in this. We all struggle in one way or the other to better ourself. It starts from simple steps. From today, you start thinking consciously before reacting to any situations. STAY CALM & MEDITATE! 

What can you do to come out of it?

Try to do something to distract yourself for a while before trying to deal with the situation that made you feel angry. Do something to distract yourself mentally or physically that can help stop your anger. It can be anything that completely changes your situation, thoughts or patterns. This may help save your relationship. It is a minutes reaction that pays off a lifetime bond.

Let's build ourselves stronger that no one can break us down but makes us more powerful!!
